Brian Vinson is the founder of PREP Academy.
He has spent over 20 years in various professional capacities in Disaster Planning / Recovery, Emergency Response and Business Continuity as well as being an instructor in emergency-related skills. Brian holds an MBA with a focus on leadership as holds over 40 certificates in emergency response and planning from the United States Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency and Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service. Through FEMA/DHS, Brian has achieved the Certified Business Continuity Professional certification. Additionally, Brian is the author of the “Anakra Fever” trilogy (available on Amazon) which centers around of group of friends trying to survive a global pandemic.
